World class lock Brodie Retallick enters his sixth season with the Gallagher Chiefs. His outstanding, uncompromising work ethic has seen the All Black with a massive engine add a Rugby World Cup medal to his growing list of accolades.
The highly mobile lock was an integral part of the All Blacks Rugby World Cup victory in 2015. Retallick already has many awards to his name year including 2014 World Rugby Player of the Year, New Zealand’s Rugby highest accolade - the 2014 Kelvin R Tremain Award, the 2014 Chiefs Player of the Year as voted for by the coaches and the 2014 Player of the Year as voted for by the fans.
The double Super Rugby title winner is a past Chiefs Rookie of the Year winner and was part of the New Zealand U20’s side who won the World Championship in 2011.
