Benet Kumeroa is a powerful prop who represents the Chiefs in Super Rugby Pacific and Bay of Plenty in the Bunnings NPC.
Kumeroa attended Auckland Grammar School, where he was a member of the First XV and also competed in weightlifting, laying the foundation for his powerful presence.
He has represented Bay of Plenty since 2021, earned selection in the New Zealand Under 20 development squad, and spent time in the Hurricanes environment during the 2024 pre-season.
Kumeroa has also pulled on the Māori All Blacks jersey, making four appearances across 2024 and 2025.
