Mike oversees the Chiefs Rugby Club Pathway programmes, Talent ID and International relationships. A former NPC coach, he brings expertise in player development and culture building from roles with Manawatu, Bay of Plenty, Chiefs Manawa, Waikato and the New England Free Jacks.
