The Chiefs Development side has been announced to play the Hurricanes Development team in Masterton at 7.30pm tonight.

The match will be played on an artificial turf at the new Trust House Memorial Park and will be the main event in an opening evening which features a festival of rugby and football.

This is the second match this season between with these two sides and the sixth match for the Chiefs Development team this year, having recently returned from a successful tour of Hong Kong.

The Chiefs will be looking to reverse their 28-18 score line from their last encounter against the Hurricanes in Te Kuiti in March. 

After this match the Chiefs Development will play the New Zealand U20’s on Monday 25 May in Tauranga as part of their preparation for the Junior World Cup.
